2Our Services
Maayad Tech provides software development, mobile apps, AI, cloud, design, marketing and related technology services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over general descriptions on this website.
3Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access, content or approvals we need to deliver your project. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs. You are responsible for the legality of any content or data you provide to us.
4Fees & Payment
Prices shown on this website are starting estimates; final pricing is confirmed in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, and we may pause work on overdue accounts. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are additional.
5Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless stated otherwise in your agreement. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
6Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat your business information as confidential and handle personal data in line with applicable data-protection laws, including the DPDP Act where relevant. We do not sell your data, and share it only as needed to deliver the service or where required by law.
7Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with professional care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maayad Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
8Termination & Governing Law
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement; fees for work completed up to termination remain payable. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. We may update these terms from time to time — the latest version will always be posted on this page.
